Belgian Police Raids Homes to Arrest Belgian Salafis Recruiting Terrorists to Fight in Syria
“Sharia for Belgium” is the main group being accused of recruiting terrorists from Belgium to go fight in Syria against the Syrian government and its people. The Belgian police raided around 50 homes in search of Salafis who are thought to be behind the recruiting. This move by the police was one of the biggest sweeps in recent years against extremists in Belgium.
